Pre-Vocational Skills
Pre-vocational skills are prerequisite skills needed to prepare individuals for success in the work place. We prepare children and young adults by focusing in pre-vocational skills from an early age.
Such skills include behavior management techniques, following multiple-step directions, compliance skills, coping skills, time management skills, independent task completion skills and planning and problem solving skills.
Vocational Skills
Vocational skills are empirical skills that individuals acquire in a specific area of interest. Vocational skills are practical by which individuals learn from hands-on experience and/or training.
Our program is developed using ‘ASDAN’, a well-known skills curriculum for special educational needs, offering programs and qualifications that explicitly grow skills for learning, skills for employment and skills for life.
